The Bluegrass Community & Technical College's North American Racing Academy (NARA) has announced several new initiatives that will expand upon its current educational offerings.
NARA will now partner with industry professionals to offer students a variety of mentorship placements during race meets and sales. These mentorships will give students valuable networking opportunities as they approach graduation. NARA is also expanding its online presence, with new developments to include the launch of a site that will match graduates and employers.
NARA will also offer a one year certificate program for exercise riders in addition to the two year Associate courses it already offers for jockeys and horsemen.
